Retail Manager - Commercial Bay

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of our Sylvester store in Commercial Bay. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate strong initiative, cultivate a strong team environment, and have the ability to achieve and exceed sales budgets. Excellent communication and customer service skills, a friendly demeanour, and a passion for the fashion industry are a must.

We're ideally looking for a Manager happy to work full time, from Tuesday-Saturday.

Key Responsibilities include;

  • Providing excellent customer service

  • Nurturing and encouraging client growth

  • Driving sales to achieve set goals

  • Cultivating a strong team environment

  • Store Visual Merchandising

  • Ensuring the store and team are representing the brand at a high level at all times

The Successful Applicant will have;

  • An ambitious attitude and ability to drive sales

  • Management experience with a fashion retail background

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Good time management and be highly organised

  • Strong leadership qualities
