Retail Store Manager - Christchurch CBD

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of our Sylvester store in Christchurch CBD. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate strong initiative, cultivate a strong team environment, and have the ability to achieve and exceed sales budgets. Excellent communication and customer service skills, a friendly demeanour, and a passion for the fashion industry are a must.

Key Responsibilities include;

• Providing excellent customer service
• Nurturing and encouraging client growth
• Driving sales to achieve set goals
• Cultivating a strong team environment
• Store Visual Merchandising
• Ensuring the store and team are representing the brand at a high level at all times
