Sylvester offers free express worldwide shipping on orders over $200. Orders under $200 will be charged a flat rate of $8.00 for shipping within New Zealand.

Full-priced items purchased online may be returned for a refund, exchange, or credit note provided they are returned within 14 working days from delivery and fit the return criteria.
All orders are subject to availability. Orders of multiple items may ship in two separate packages.
