Sylvester offers free express worldwide shipping on orders over $200. Orders under $200.00 will be charged a flat rate of $5.00 for shipping within New Zealand.
Please allow 1 - 3 working days for delivery. Expect delivery delays during our head office shutdown period from the 19th December - 5th January.
Full-priced items purchased online may be returned for a refund, exchange, or credit note provided they are returned within 14 working days from delivery and fit the return criteria.
Our head office will be closed from the 19th of December to the 5th of January. During this period our Customer Care team will be unavailable, and any returns sent to our returns address or customer care enquieries will not be processed until the 5th of January.
